These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between the developer of the SacoTv Player mobile application (“Operator”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the SacoTv Player mobile application and any of its related products and services.
SacoTv Player is a media player only. We do not provide, host, sell, or distribute any media content, playlists, channels, or streams. The application is empty upon installation. You are solely responsible for the content you add to the app.
If you create an account in the Mobile Application, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. We may monitor and review new accounts. Providing false contact information may result in the termination of your account.
You acknowledge that you have all the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to stream or view the content you load into the application. SacoTv Player has no affiliation with any third-party providers. We do not endorse the streaming of copyright-protected material without permission.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). Subscriptions are managed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device account settings. Refunds are handled by the respective app store policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Operator or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of content, impact on business).
